"Job Action Project"

At the end of June, the number of participants in the project was 15 young people, so there are no vacant places. We were able to place one participant in a job on 1 July 2024 and two participants in an internship.

In June, preparatory work continued in the wood workshop for the palisade fence in the Celtic village. After debarking the tree trunks, the participants drilled a hole at the end of the trunk to make the fence more stable.

The team transported the finished tree trunks to the Celtic village and began building the fence. Another focus of the work was on smaller repair measures - such as plastering the houses.

Individual and group discussions and support planning were organised by the socio-educational support team. We also created individualised application documents with the participants and provided support in sending them out.

We also continued our training courses this month. A training course on waste separation was held by the district administration on 6 June 2024.

On 26 June 2024, we visited the training exchange at Betzenberg in Kaiserslautern with the young people.  140 companies took part. During the visit, the participants visited the stands, sought advice and took away information material.

Literacy training was continued in German lessons. The young people's understanding of the language has already improved thanks to their regular participation in lessons.
