At the same time, the aim is to achieve personal and social stabilisation and to gain a personal perspective.
The purpose of the society is realised in particular by:
• Up-to-date labour market analyses in order to identify social and labour market trends and to develop, carry out and successfully implement suitable educational and integration measures.
• Projects for stabilisation and integration into the general labour market
• Employment of the unemployed and social welfare recipients by arranging work opportunities with additional compensation in the field of non-profit work
• Qualification measures for the unemployed and social welfare recipients
• Integration of people with a migration background and/or disabilities.
Our staff members who instruct, supervise and accompany unemployed people and young people are foremen, instructors and social workers.
The mission statement is reviewed every two years by the management in consultation with the staff to ensure that it is consistent and up to date.
