"Job Action Project"

At the end of March, the number of participants in the project was 14 young people, so one place is still vacant.  One participant left the project due to taking up an integration language course and one participant due to taking up employment. We were able to welcome two new participants in March welcome.

Together with the participants, trees were felled in the forest for the Celtic village project. The participants diligently helped to load the felled tree trunks and transport them to the Celtic village. In the next step, they will be used to build the palisade fence.

Work also progressed well in the Celtic village. The wood supplied for the construction of the bridge was cut to size. Another work step was connecting the individual bridge elements with screws.

The socio-educational support team again held many discussions and focussed on the application process. Attention was paid to the application process. Two participants were placed in an internship. Contact was made with the job centre and employment agency on a case-by-case basis.

The German course was continued this month as an advanced course. Here German language skills could be further expanded and deepened. Thematically, we dealt with the Federal Republic of Germany as part of social studies, an offer for the advanced participants. A beginners' course with literacy training will start in April for all other participants.

As part of the training sessions, we discussed with all participants the rights and obligations of
rights and obligations of trainees as well as financial management.
